That might have been an autorelease that kicks in at a real steep tow angle. He was at a real steep tow angle and his climb was pretty much over anyway when he came off. Looked planned/expected - and he didn't didn't say anything to indicate otherwise.

Glad those sheep stopped when they did. That was a pretty scary looking charge.
